RESULTS OF FEEDBACK QUESTIONNAIRE FROM THE HANDS-ON RA COURSE
HELD ON 14TH FEB. 2004
AT ST. MARY'S HOUSE DENTAL PRACTICE
NEWBURY

Attendees were asked to rate the following:

a) Venue
b) Facilities
c) Audio-visuals
d) Relevance to subject
e) Speaker

On the following scale:
1) Poor
2) adequate
3) Satisfactory
4) Good
5) Excellent.

None of the replies gave a "Poor" or "adequate" score to any of the questions

a) 20% Satisfactory: 40% Good, 40% Excellent

b) 40% good : 60% Excellent

c) 20% good : 80% excellent

d) 20% good : 80% excellent

e) 20% good : 80% excellent

How could the course be improved?
Answers included:

Less time on introduction
Improve sound on video link
Stay longer under sedation !

Other comments included:

"Great"
" A well put together course"

and

some wanted more supervised hands-on experience to follow up.

The courses are designed to keep numbers low to improve interactivity and tuition ratio. As a result the responses are not statistically valid- just the results as they came in.

So a "Good" or "Excellent" rating was given by 100% for Questions 2,3,4 & 5 and 80% felt the venue to be "Good or Excellent"
