Friday- Saturday B&B room rate if required = £95.00 per
room.
Location
The hotel is located in Thatcham, 4 miles (10 mins) from Newbury
Railway Station or 2.7 miles - 5 mins from Thatcham Railway station,
Car access is via the M4 from the West or East at
Junction13
Via the A4/M4 junction at Junction12
From A34 from the South (Southampton, Andover, WInchester) or
North (Oxford, Birmingham and the North)
By Air
The nearest Airports are:

Southampton: 40 miles- 48 mins A34: Taxi fare:£61.00 each way.
•
Bristol: 74 miles - 1 hour 20 mins - M4 Taxi fare:£110.00 each way.
•
Heathrow: 41 miles 50 mins Taxi fare:£75.00 -80.00 each way.
If you need to come via Bristol or Heathrow airports, I would
suggest that hiring a car is probably simpler and less costly than a train or taxi - your decision.
By Rail
From London Paddington on the day:
If you intend to travel by
rail from London,to arrive on time for the 8.45am registration
you will need to be at either Newbury or Thatcham stations at
8.30am.
That means taking a Paddington inter-city, changing at
Reading.
There are no non-stop trains on a Saturday morning.
If you prefer to travel out Friday evening and stay over the
room rate for B&B is £95.00 - less stress too!
